It's easy to bring to life the places you, your parents and ancestors called home over the years. You can submit up to 10 photos and captions for each address, along with an overview paragraph of 120 words or less about the home. A contributor can also upload an additional photo of themself or a past resident to go with the overview at the top of the HomePage. And be sure to include the years the resident lived there. If you're unsure of the exact dates, list the approximate years or decades.
The photos should show the interior or exterior of the home, with or without people in the scene, pictures that capture the styles of the times. The hair cuts. Clothes. Old cars. TVs and stereos. Furniture and appliances. Best of all are the snapshots of fun and special moments that took place there. (If you can't scan your old photos, simply take a picture of them with a digital camera.)
Select your photos and fill out the form below.
Then upload them to wikiHomePages.
Click submit only once. You will receive a notice when the upload is complete.
Depending on file size and Internet connection, ten photos can take up to five minutes or longer to load.
